We work in multidisciplinary teams where each team focuses on its own particular domain and departs from its own expertise. Our Enterprise Architects are always staffed in "duo" (an Enterprise IT Architect and an Enterprise Business Architect), because each discipline has its own focus (Business or IT) and by challenging each other, they arrive at the best proposal.

Our Program Managers have a key role in refining, realizing and governing the Program, taking into account the resource availability, change readiness & architectural dependencies, the business priorities and the timely realization of the projected Program benefits.
