Our story in a nutshell

What do you do when you’re a frontrunner in enterprise architecture and program management, but you need a whole squad of these problem solvers and creative thinkers to keep up with the pace in one of the largest companies in Belgium?

The answer was clear at the Colruyt Group. We needed to start a brand-new company: enter Myreas.

This is what we do.

We define it.

We’re defining the strategy in close collaboration with the CEO and the management teams. At this stage, we’re always looking for a balance between autonomy of the individual business units and the synergy on a group level.

We design it.

We’re translating the strategy into target operation models, target/transition architectures and roadmaps for strategic change transformations.

We govern it.

We’re also realizing the strategy. This means we’re responsible for the governance and realization of these roadmaps and we’re making sure that the strategy is implemented in the correct way.
