This privacy statement is issued by Myreas B.V., with offices at Guldensporenpark 100, Blok K, 9820 Merelbeke, and registered with company number 0733.909.522 RPR (hereafter referred to as 'Myreas' or 'we').
In this privacy statement, we inform you about how Myreas collects and processes your personal data, in the context of your queries.
Personal data is extremely important to us. So we make a point of protecting it as well as possible. We take into account your legal rights when using your personal data.
2. Which personal data do we collect and process?
We collect the data that you yourself provide us with and data about visits to the website.
Data you give us
A part of the personal data we use was given to us by you. For example, when you fill in a form you give us information such as your name, phone number and e-mail address.

Your data is stored on data servers in Belgium.
6. For how long do we store your personal data?
We remove your personal data after six months at the latest, or earlier if it no longer is relevant to your query or our communication to one another.
7. How do we keep your personal data secure?
We do everything in our power to provide your data with optimal protection. However, we cannot give a complete guarantee. We personally store your personal data on well-checked and secure computers. When we collaborate with other parties, we demand they provide an equivalent level of security. Despite all our efforts in this area, we can never completely guarantee the safety and protection of your personal data.

We always take into account the rights you have according to the law. You have the right to have inaccuracies in data corrected, to request that we do not use your data for direct marketing and so on. Myreas takes the protection of your personal data very, very seriously. We take into account your legal rights when using your personal data. For that reason, we would like to list them here for you. When you do so, we are obliged to check your identity so we will ask you to provide us with a copy of the front of your identity card. On this copy, cover up your national registry number, as we do not need this to verify that.
You are entitled to request a list of the personal data we keep on you. You may have inaccurate data corrected and data which is no longer relevant removed.
You may request that we limit the use of your personal data or that we lodge an objection against certain use of your personal data.
