We believe in the power of multidisciplinary teams where each member leverages their expertise to reach a shared solution. Our Strategy Consultants define the strategic vision and direction, while our Enterprise Architects translate this into a robust structural design. By challenging and complementing each other, they arrive at the best possible proposal.

Our Transformation Managers play a key role in refining, realizing, and governing the transformation program, taking into account resource availability, change readiness, architectural dependencies, business priorities, and the timely realization of projected program benefits.

Some say you should settle for the best of both worlds.
Sorry, Robert Palmer, but we respectfully disagree. At Myreas, we don’t just offer our clients the best of three worlds: strategy consulting, enterprise architecture, and transformation management. We also offer our people the best of three worlds in our constant drive to grow and improve. But what does that really mean? We asked a few of our team members to find out.

Quality = adapting a proven methodology to the context

We are immensely proud of our roots in what we consider the only major architecture-driven organization in Belgium: Colruyt Group. Our methodology is inspired by well-established frameworks, which we have enhanced with additional techniques and models to create a comprehensive and robust approach. Pragmatically applying the right part tweaked to context is exactly what sets us apart.

The mindset of a start-up

We started out in September 2019 so everything and everyone is new here. Well… sort of. A lot of us are already seasoned enterprise architects, strategy consultants and transformation managers, but we’re all here to shape the company. Important side note: no quick wins available at Myreas. We’re looking for a long term relationship with our people. Our goal is similar to that of the Top Gun Academy: we find the best of the best, we train them to make them better, as one team! The human side of consultancy

We are convinced that we only achieve real results for our clients by acknowledging the importance of the human factor in transformation. We also believe our consultants should not be distracted by internal KPIs, sales targets, up or out thinking, or driven by Myreas' business objectives. Instead, we focus on a solid methodology, effective training and coaching, and a healthy balance between hard work and private life. Because we are in this for the long run. Seems reasonable, doesn't it?
